When there is a timestamp data type on a table, Nettiers automatically added criteria to Update and Delete that made you have the right Timestamp value.  If nothing was deleted or updated, Nettiers threw a DbConcurrencyExcecption.  Now this functionality is optional.  This functionality is turned on by default.
